Trainers' Library Conference
We’re launching Trainers’ Events with a very special conference designed especially
for Trainers’ Library members, but open to everyone.
This residential
event provides trainers with a unique opportunity to network with other trainers
and learn from some of the most influential thinkers in training and development.

About the event
Our very first Trainers' Library Conference will feature both
Sir John Whitmore
(author of Coaching for Performance) and
Dr Peter Honey (of Learning Styles fame). Where else could you get to spend time with
two men who have made such an enormous contribution to learning and development?
We've put together an outstanding event where delegates will have the opportunity
to:

Meet and hear
Sir John Whitmore talking in person about coaching in the workplace.

Attend three workshops of their choice, including one facilitated by
Dr Peter Honey.

Learn about and participate in a brand new teambuilding game.

Gain new ideas for livening up training sessions.

Network with training professionals from a wide variety of industries. For self-employed
trainers this will be a fantastic opportunity to meet decision makers in some of
the UK's leading businesses and other organisations.

Network informally at our fantastic gala dinner celebrating five years of Trainers'
Library.
- Arrange exploratory meetings, for Friday morning, with potential suppliers/customers.
Workshop hosts are:

Peter Honey, chartered psychologist and author of well over 20 books.

Graham Shaw who will be teaching participants how to make learning more memorable
through the art of simple cartooning.

Clare Forrest, author and editor whose workshop will help participants write persuasive
training proposals.

Rod Webb, co-founder and head of development at Trainers’ Library, Rod is the author
of teambuilding games such as Murder at Glasstap Grange and Jack Fruggle’s Treasure
that are now used internationally.
