About the event
Our second Trainers' Library Conference will feature both Tony Buzan (inventor of mind mapping and author of 90 books) and Dr Peter Honey (of Learning Styles fame). Where else could you get to spend time with two men who have made such an enormous contribution to learning and development?
We've put together an outstanding event where delegates will have the opportunity to:
- Meet and hear Tony Buzan.
- Attend four workshops of their choice.
- Gain new ideas for livening up training sessions.
- Network with training professionals from a wide variety of industries. For self-employed trainers this will be a fantastic opportunity to meet decision makers in some of the UK's leading businesses and other organisations.
- Network informally at our fantastic gala dinner.
Workshop hosts are:
- Peter Honey, chartered psychologist and author of well over 20 books.
- Richard Newman, from UK Body Talk.
- Rod Webb, co-founder and head of development at Trainers’ Library, Rod is the author of teambuilding games such as Murder at Glasstap Grange and Jack Fruggle’s Treasure that are now used internationally.
- Gytha Lodge, from Belbin.
- Margaret Burnside, from Centre for People Development.
- Matt Ward, a professional tennis coach.
